01Does it sound like a real person?
It's designed to sound natural and hold a real back-and-forth rather than read a script. It is an AI assistant, not a person, so we recommend telling your callers — we provide suitable wording. Professional and Growth are also trained on your services, pricing and policies.
02What happens to calls it can't handle?
Anything outside its scope — a complex quote, an upset customer, an emergency — is flagged clearly in the text summary sent after the call, so you can follow up straight away.
03Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Move between Starter, Professional and Growth whenever your needs change — it takes effect from your next billing cycle, no penalty.
04Does it work with my existing calendar?
Professional and Growth include appointment and calendar integrations. During setup we'll confirm which calendar or booking tool you use and how bookings land. Starter doesn't include a booking system — it takes the details and texts you a summary.
05What does the setup fee cover?
It covers onboarding and training the line on your business. It's a one-time fee, charged in addition to your first month's subscription.
06Is there a contract?
No lock-in. Subscriptions are month-to-month unless you choose annual billing for the discount. Cancel any time by email or phone — it takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
07What happens if I use more than my included minutes?
Starter and Professional include 300 minutes a month; Growth starts at 500. Any minutes over your allowance are charged at cost and itemised on your invoice.
08How do I pay?
Once you've sent your details we'll contact you directly and email a secure Stripe invoice or payment link from elliot@vaultandkey.com. If a payment request reaches you from anywhere else, don't pay it — call us on +44 7710 799304 first. We never ask for card details by email.
